Selina Nguyen (she/they) is an experienced Relationship and Sex Therapist, offering online and in-person sessions.

Also a writer and an educator for folks with disabilities, Selina is dedicated to normalising nuanced and informed discussions about relationships, pleasure and sexuality. She believes in the healing power of connection and the importance of learning how to be better romantic and sexual partners, whether that be learning how to navigate vulnerable conversations, creating new patterns, getting out of our heads and into our bodies, prioritising our sexual selves and more.

With qualifications in psychology, sociology, family and relationship counselling, and psychosexual therapy, Selina provides the intersection of current research, clinical expertise and life experience. She also interweaves this with her further trainings in the worlds of non-monogamy, relational somatics and tantric massage.
