Selina Nguyen (she/they) is an experienced Relationship Counsellor and Sex Therapist. She works with individuals and relationships offering online and in-person relationship and sex therapy. Selina is dedicated to normalising nuanced and informed discussions about relationships, pleasure and sexuality. Also a writer and an educator, she believes in the healing power of good relationships and the importance of learning how to be good romantic and sexual partners.
With qualifications in psychology, sociology, family and relationship counselling, and psychosexual therapy, Selina provides the intersection of current research, clinical expertise and life experience.
Selina is trained in systemic therapy which means understanding who you are in the context of the bigger structures and guiding forces in your life. Selina aims to be transparent in all that they do, and works from a non-pathologising, acceptance and trauma-informed approach. Anchored in intersectional theory, they believe in empowerment through knowledge, pleasure and connection. Sessions with Selina are tender, encouraging and collaborative. Session cost: $170 + GST for individuals, $210 + GST for couples: 60 mins (Surry Hills and online). 75-mins couple sessions are also available.
