Katherine is an experienced Couples Counsellor who has recently completed her Masters in Sexual Health to provide sex therapy support to couples and individuals.

Katherine works with individuals and couples who want to feel more connected to themselves, their sexuality, and their relationships. She supports clients navigating sexual confidence and disconnection, mismatched desire, identity exploration, communication challenges, and the ways past or present experiences can shape intimacy and emotional wellbeing.

Katherine’s approach is warm, reflective, and collaborative. She creates a space where clients can gently explore both current concerns and the deeper emotional patterns influencing how they experience closeness and intimacy. Katherine’s work is neuro-affirming and inclusive of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and relationship structures, with a strong commitment to supporting LGBTIQASB+ clients.
