Grace holds a Master of Counselling at Monash University and is also a certified sexological bodyworker, having completed her Certificate in Sexological Bodywork with the Institute of Somatic Sexology.

The intersection of training in counselling and somatic sexology provides Grace with therapeutic and practical awareness of the mind body connection relating to sex and intimacy, and Grace believes when we become connected to our bodies, we are able to access more presence, pleasure and overall wellness. Grace works with individuals and couples in person or online to help them explore and create a meaningful and pleasurable sex life.

Grace draws from a range of modalities, including person-centred, narrative therapy, CBT/ACT and somatic practices.

Grace is passionate about nervous system regulation and believes this is key to becoming a relaxed and confident sexual person. Grace is committed to creating a safe space where shame can be talked about and moved through. Grace works with clients of all genders and sexual identities, and receives regular coaching from Good Vibes Clinic Director Christine Rafe. 

Grace grew up mainly on Wulworra-Jeung of the Cammeraygal people, works on Gadigal Land.
