With over 20 years’ experience, Carolyn takes a holistic approach to supporting individuals and couples who want to find greater connection with themselves and others.

She supports women and couples to navigate the complexities of intimacy, especially as they experience changes related to age, their body, evolving relationships as well as significant life transitions including post divorce.

Carolyn creates a safe, compassionate space for exploring emotional and physical aspects of intimacy and sex, helping individuals discover and rediscover their sexual confidence, pleasure, and connection. She has facilitated Couples retreats in the US designed to create more intimacy, understanding and connection. Alongside her counselling qualifications and experience, Carolyn is a trauma informed yoga teacher, trained in meditation and mindfulness. She is also Tantra and IFS informed, therefore offers a multi-modality approach to meet the needs of her clients.

With an educational and experiential approach, Carolyn guides you to build a foundation of self-love, kindness, and respect. With this inner strength, individuals and couples can navigate life’s challenges with greater resilience and clarity.
