Grounded in attachment theory, Anna’s approach reflects her belief that we are not meant to face emotional pain alone. She helps clients make sense of their emotional responses, recognise unmet attachment needs and develop more secure ways of relating. Her work supports individuals and couples to communicate openly, respond to emotions with compassion and create space for closeness and pleasurable connection.
Anna brings over 10 years of experience in mental health, including extensive work with single-incident and complex trauma. She has supported first responders, survivors of childhood adversity, sexual assault and domestic and family violence, as well as people experiencing eating disorders and body image concerns.
Combining this experience with her current postgraduate studies in psychosexual therapy, Anna offers a warm, inclusive and non-judgemental space to explore sexuality, strengthen relationships and move towards greater safety, confidence and fulfilment.
Anna is passionate about helping individuals and couples build deeper connections with themselves and others.
Anna supports people navigating concerns around desire, arousal, pleasure, sexual pain and intimacy, with an understanding of how trauma and relationship experiences can shape sexual wellbeing.
