Ally is a Psychosexual Therapist, Sexologist and Social Worker who is passionate about supporting people to feel more connected, confident, and empowered in their intimate lives.
Ally works with individuals using a trauma-informed, sex-positive, and pleasure-focused approach in supporting people to explore the patterns, beliefs, and relational dynamics that shape sexuality. Her style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in emotional safety, inviting clients to bring curiosity and vulnerability into the therapeutic space. Ally believes that our relationship with ourselves, including our bodies, desires, pleasure, and sense of worth, forms the foundation for the relationships and experiences we are able to cultivate with others.
Ally works with people at all stages of relationship and sexual identity from a relational, somatic, and talk-based therapeutic approach, integrating the mind, body, and emotional experience. Whether you’re single, partnered, exploring non-monogamy, navigating dating, or moving through a breakup. She supports clients to deepen their connection with their bodies, clarify their desires, and cultivate intimacy and pleasure from a grounded and empowered place.

With a professional background in sexual assault and domestic violence counselling, Ally has extensive experience supporting people through the impacts of trauma.
This work inspired her to complete her Psychosexual Therapy training at the University of Sydney, with a focus on helping clients reclaim pleasure, reconnect with their bodies, and rebuild self-trust.
Ally aims to create a space where every part of a person’s sexual self is met with respect, affirmation, and openness, a space where shame softens, pleasure becomes possible, and people can feel truly seen.
Ally is passionate about offering trauma informed, strengths-based, feminist, and inclusive support that honours each client’s lived experience. Through this lens, she helps clients situate their challenges within the broader context of their histories and environments, rather than internalising beliefs such as “something is wrong with me” or “I’m unloveable/undesirable.” This approach supports clients to meet themselves with more compassion and create space for meaningful change.
