Couples therapy (also known as relationship therapy and/or marriage counselling), is a specialised form of psychotherapy designed to help couples navigate challenges, improve communication and strengthen connection. Couples sessions (whether for short- or long-term therapy) provide space to reflect, unpack and work through issues, with the goal being to end couples therapy with the confidence and skills to address couple issues independently.
